AMS
Servicing, LLC, is a residential mortgage special servicer who isn’t what they
say they are. Their company is built up upon cheating and lying to their
customers, who they claim to value. They cheated and lied to a family (of six)
of whom they were doing business with, the Smith family, when in the beginning
they negotiated with them a fair, reasonable deal (a deal that was set so that
the Smith family would pay a fixed-rate mortgage) that, in the end, became a
scam. A scam carried out by AMS that tricked the Smith family into an
adjustable-rate mortgage that forced them into a position where they became
unable to make ends meet and be able to pay their monthly mortgage payments.
Unable to make monthly mortgage payments, as high as they were, the Smith
family tried about half a dozen times to get a mortgage modification. Every
mortgage modification the Smith family presented to AMS was rejected. AMS,
being conniving as they are, then attempted, and carried out, to put the Smith’s
family house on foreclosure (due to the Smith family being a couple months late
on mortgage payments, that could not be paid in the months that the mortgage
modification was taking place, because they simply did not have the money to do
so) instead of working with the Smith family to help them save their house. So
much for special servicing.
This
was a snake move that AMS performed on the Smith family. And, to make matters
worse, during the later stages of the foreclosure that the Smith’s family house
was being dragged through, AMS placed the Smith’s family home in a public auction
and sold it. Sold it without properly notifying the Smith family of a public
auction that was going to be taking place on their home. Now the poor Smith
family, with no home to call their own, have to now be strong and keep their
heads up, regardless of all that AMS have put them through.
All
business that was conducted between AMS and the Smith family was unstable.
Unstable due to AMS’s lack of proper communication with its customer. So you
tell me, do you want to do business with AMS Servicing, LLC, and end up like
the poor Smith family who was blindly taken advantage of by these crooks? Do
you? The Smith family is proudly sharing their story to reach out to the
masses, cautioning them, to let them know about AMS Servicing, to protect them
from falling into the con-trap that AMS have set. Don’t fall for it. Don’t do
business with AMS.
